Nick Waller teaches Yang Cheng-Fu Tai Chi and is based in Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear. His school places special emphasis on Nei Gong, and self-defence.

Nick's school is proof that Tai Chi is not an empty form or dance done slowly, but an entire Martial Arts system in itself that uses softeness and smoothness in dealing with attacks.
